Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
– Cancellations made 24 hours before the check-in date are free of charge.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur a one-night room charge.
– No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night’s stay.
For group bookings or special events, please refer to the specific cancellation terms provided upon booking.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-In: From 14:00 (2:00 PM)
Check-Out: By 10:00 (10:00 AM)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact reception to make arrangements.
Privacy Policy
At Emirates Hotel, we value your privacy. Any personal information collected during your stay or through our website will be:
– Used solely for reservation and service purposes
– Stored securely and never shared with third parties without consent
– Protected in accordance with data protection regulations of Namibia

Sample Group Booking & Special Event Cancellation Terms
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
Cancellations made 15–30 days before the event: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: 100% of the total will be charged.
Changes to guest numbers or event scope must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: reservations@emirateshotel.com.na
